We retain inquiry data for as long as needed to serve the business relationship and comply with legal obligations. Access to personal data is restricted to authorized personnel and protected with industry-standard security controls.

The REQLAIM mobile app

REQLAIM is our equipment identification app for recycling teams. Accounts are created by your organization's administrator; we process your name and email address to operate your account. When you photograph equipment, service tags, or hazard placards in the app, those photos are uploaded and stored securely, together with the resulting identification, so your team's shared knowledge base gets faster and more accurate over time. Photos are used only to provide and improve identification for your organization; they are never sold, shared with other customers, or used for advertising.

The app also records technical usage data (screens visited, actions taken, whether they succeeded, device type, app version, and IP address) so we can diagnose problems and keep the service reliable. App data is retained while your organization uses REQLAIM; your administrator can remove your account, and you can request deletion of your data at privacy@triggersolutions.ai. Please avoid including people in equipment photos.
